| Return Policy How do I return or exchange an item? Only items purchased from TexasBilt.com can be exchanged through TexasBilt.com. If you purchased a product from a retail store, please return your purchase to that store. 1. All returns must be initiated within 14 days after receipt and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 2. To return a package, email our Retail Customer Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization number(RMA) @ returns@texasbilt.com 3. Send a copy of your Email receipt and include this RMA number with a note explaining what you are returning and reason for return. 4. Address your return package to: TexasBilt P.O. Box Addison, TX 75001 5. Write your RMA on the outside of your package and we recommend sending via US MAIL as it is usually the easiest and the least expensive. We recommend that you track your return package to confirm that it has been received. Please insure larger returns, for we are not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.
